| Peter Hallgarten was born into a famous wine trading family, The House of Hallgarten but, besides interests in German wines, Peter owned and produced numerous Liqueurs including Royal Mint Chocolate, created in 1966 and the initiative that opened up the market for multi-flavoured liqueurs. Peter has been twice honoured by the French Republic for his work on Wines and Liqueurs. |
