She conducts tastings and educational seminars in Scotland and abroad, combining her knowledge of Scotch whisky with tales of the personalities and romantic adventures that litter its history. Caroline was responsible for the development of the renowned Friends of Laphroaig scheme and always likes to encourage a sense of adventure in the serving and drinking of Scotch Whisky. |
