| The Level 2 WSET Professional Certificate qualification is intended whenever a specialized level of product knowledge of spirits and liqueurs is required. It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the product knowledge required to underpin job skills and competencies; for example in bar service and cocktail delivery, and for staff requiring detailed product knowledge in the retail and wholesale sectors. |

| It is suitable for those with little or considerable previous bar experience but who require more knowledge of spirits, particularly what's in the bottles, how they're made and why they differ but including their history and the entertaining stories that surround so many. |
